The property is ideal for families or couples wanting a weekend by the sea in a stunning location. It is 2 minutes from the train station; allowing you access to the whole of the south east coast. The shops and restaurants are also within 2 minutes walking distance with the beach a 10 minute walk from the front door. Come and visit!

The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.
