Right in the middle of Jane Austen country, this famous chocolate box 16th Century Grade II listed cottage, the oldest house in the village, is chocca-block full of history. Secluded country cottage surrounded by private paddocks in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Patio and hot tub overlook beautiful countryside and our Hampshire Down Sheep. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
