Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Guides are readily available for horseback rides, fly fishing , and float trips.

Acres on which to roam with your dog leash free (pet fee), a pond busy with birds & critters, incredible scenery, and delightful small towns along Hwy 93 await!

River Park Place

Located in the dry fly-fishing capital of Montana, this one-bedroom apartment sits on a park-like setting steps away from Hamilton's 65-acre River Park and the Bitterroot River and a 45-minute drive from Lost Trail Ski Area. Walking distance from downtown shopping and a local fly shop, the 900-square-foot apartment is bright and cozy. It offers a full kitchen and barbecue, wifi and off-street parking. Relax on the patio or use the space as your base camp for exploring the Bitterroot Valley.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Mountain View Yurt

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

Tiny Log Cabin on Creek

Just off HWY- 93, our tiny, cabin offers a place to relax by the creek. It includes high-speed Wifi, kitchenette. All just a stroll from the Bitterroot River (East fork). There is plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. Soak in the hot tub NEXT DOOR off our back deck. Guests reserve it for the time they want to use it and have it completely private. The cabin includes a Nature's Head composting toilet and a small loft with single bed. (which is the other bedroom)

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. The Cottage at Farmstead Hollow

The Cottage is a sweet retreat in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small hobby farm. The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our 5 acre property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.
