Out back, unwind in the private hot tub, or enjoy a game of ping pong or a movie night on one of the two Smart TVs. We’re close to the Air Force Academy, great restaurants, and beautiful parks. Come relax on our private 5 acre property with its hot tub, beautiful grounds, gourmet kitchen and luxury linens. Your space is completely private. We provide the best amenities with distinct upgrades not normally found in an airbnb. Take a walk on the private ¼ mile trail where you’ll see deer and our local black squirrels. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully appointed private kitchen with premium cutlery. Relax under the stars and amongst the pine trees in the hot tub just outside your door.

Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

It's been our hope, that you can come to our place to relax and unwind. Feeding our Koi fish off the dock, ( in warm months) making s'mores by the fire, enjoying the private hot tub, grilling down at the pavilion, or just swinging in the log porch swing watching the ducks or geese swim in the pond. Private Studio on urban homestead Central #0633

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

Cutthroat Cove- Air Force Academy

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.
