Privately located behind the main house this beautifully appointed studio has been thoughtfully set up with everything in mind for rest and relaxation. Spacious, tastefully decorated, a peaceful haven to enjoy at your leisure. Walk to town convenience to all major attractions, wine & bike tour pickups from gate. Luxurious appointed bedding and bathroom facilities.

Private Garden Studio - close to town.

Small yet comfortable, private self contained, fully air conditioned room with ensuite, set amongst magnificent trees and garden in top residential area. It has its own lockable entrance and is only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to the centre of town - 10 minute drive to wineries and the Omaka Aviation Centre. Microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, small fridge, cutlery, crockery and glassware included. Note: no cook top or oven. The unit also has a Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious describes this fully renovated villa. Fully equipped kitchen with all your requirements catered for. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and soft voiles for privacy. Two of the bedrooms have got double glazed windows. Modern bathroom with shower and vanity and separate toilet. The spacious kitchen dining area faces north & opens out onto a sunny deck for outdoor dining. The house is warm and sunny and has 2 heat-pumps for heating and cooling.

Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

The Distillers Cottage at the Vines Village is nestled on the edge of 4 acres of landscaped grounds that make up the Vines Village in Marlborough, New Zealand. Adjacent to the Roots Gin Shack and Elemental Distillers. Design-led and attention to detail is what we are all about and we would love to share our amazing place in the world with you.

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Walk around the property and nearby walking tracks to explore the surrounding area. Wifi and full Sky Satellite TV.

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Quiet French country styled self-contained overlooking olives trees 10 minutes from town. Just around the corner from the Golf Course. Surrounded with vineyards. On the Ben Morven bike route. Close to wineries-Wither Hills, Villa Maria. Your first morning breakfast is complimentary. Nespresso coffee and machine provided and a selection of teas and organic milk.
