We designed the open floorplan with family life in mind, and it makes a great setting for spending vacation time together. At the end of the day, curl up for a restful night in the cozy back bedrooms.

Located 7 minutes away from Franciscan University and 15 minutes from Key Bank pavilion (Starlake) Where wildlife roam free and relaxation takes over, El Villa on Efts is the place for you. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick get away, this charming villa is just what you need. Grab a good book or a cocktail and prepare to make memories around the bonfire or in the screened in porch. If you love the outdoors but not the mosquitos, enjoy your night on the screened in porch instead!

Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. You can also see the upper side of the Pike Island Locks and Dam, so don’t forget your binoculars! The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary items. It can sleep up to 2 people comfortably (1 queen bed). Perfect for a couple (or small family) visiting family in the Tri-State area.

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
