Upstairs Bedroom with queen size bed 2nd floor loft area has a twin size daybed that can be turned into a king size bed Full bathroom upstairs. Finished basement with an additional living area and a 3/4 bath (bath and sink, but no toilet) Great front porch and back porch.

The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.
