Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

A fully renovated bungalow on double lot w/50' of lake frontage; vernal pond filled year-round with birds & other wildlife; and panoramic views of water, sky & nature. There's also a seasonal bunkhouse on the property. Combined, these 2 dwellings can comfortably house up to 7 people. We can also 'bundle' w/our 2nd waterfront cottage to accommodate larger groups. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Welcome to the 'new' Swan cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this waterfront property has 66' of private shoreline, an elevated front deck, bonfire pit & gas grill. During warm-weather months (typically early May through late October), we also include FREE use of a pontoon boat and private dock on the property. Plus we provide guests with 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, fishing gear and swim floats.
