The wooden walls, the fireplace, the AC and the high-speed internet ensure ambiance and comfort for the guests. It is also 22 acres of private forest with majestic old pines and an idyllic, swimmable creek. Note that the outdoor pavilion (the 5th bedroom), which accomodates 4 guests, is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st. The maximum number of guests during that period is thus 8 and not 12.

The light changes throughout the day. Evenings end with sunset over the mountains. Alice is named after my grandmother. She had a quiet way of making people feel at home. This cabin carries her name.
