The cottage is set back off the private road, and with a clear view in front of the cottage, you over look the Brackley Bay and in a distance can see the Covehead Wharf and sand dunes. It is perfect for a family or a couples getaway. Located 2 mins from Brackley Beach National Park, 15 mins to Charlottetown and 15 mins to Cavendish. Welcome to the Cozy Corner Cottage, nestled peacefully at the end of Locke Shore Road, overlooking Malpeque Bay. With the cottage just being a 5 min drive from local restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores, County Fair Mall ,Credit Union Place and hospital, it acts as a home base while you explore our wonderful Island. We are centrally located with easy access from tip to tip. We are a 20 min drive off the Confederation Bridge and a 45 min drive from the Charlottetown Airport.

Located on the beautiful south shore of PEI on the ocean. It is a cozy and comfortable new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. Wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 -queen , bedroom 2- queen , bedroom 3 - single and 2 doubles. TV (50 inch) is located in the open concept living area. Also, TVs are in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ and deck furniture. Air conditioned.

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
