The Studio is a unique detached cottage sitting in a private location, in beautiful countryside just minutes from the North Devon coast. It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

A peaceful rural retreat near North Devon beaches

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

200 Year Old Riverside Cottage + Garden

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.

Self contained ground floor annexe in a three storey house, built in 1926, on a quiet residential road. Large room with comfortable king size bed, settee, dining table and chairs. Internet access, tv and dvd, plenty of discs and books available. There is a self contained kitchen with full size fridge, 2 electric hobs, microwave.Separate bathroom with shower and bath. One acre garden with great views for your use. Walking distance to Braunton close to fabulous beaches.

The Lookout (Log Cabin), Braunton. Incredible view

The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.

Stockwood Holiday Bungalow

A well equipped 3 bedroom bungalow enjoying a quiet location in the lovely North Devon town of Braunton - with great access to the beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough. We have plenty of parking, an enclosed garden, open plan lounge diner, conservatory plus kitchen, bathroom and even a table tennis table in the garage. Double glazed and centrally heated plus an outside shower for when you come back from the beach. Dogs welcome.

Just a short drive and you will have access to Saunton beach and Croyde beach. We welcome your pets to enjoy a holiday too. We love this cottage and we know you will too. The garden side is separate from the house however is delightful to sit and enjoy a lovely sundowner.

The large garden is surrounded by high walls, making it private and safe for children. Large trampoline, BBQ and large outside dining area. Fantastic fully equipped kitchen and lots of indoor entertainment including projector with 72" screen.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.

Hilbre Guest House is in a very quiet location, a short easy walk to Braunton Village (0.6miles.) The space is perfect for a weekend + for a couple or family of 3, single traveler, surfers, walkers, cyclists, or professionals. Braunton is an ideal base with lovely shops and restaurants and from here you can explore all the North Devon coastline has to offer.
