Magical 1-bed cottage set by the edge of a tranquil moat in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian rectory. Private garden and parking. TV, wifi, wood burning stove, electric oven, hob and microwave. Around half an hour from the North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest and Kings' Lynn. Just 40 minutes from the ancient cathedral city of Norwich. Popular and friendly village pub with restaurant, 10 minutes walk away. The quaint market town of Swaffham and its wonderful forest walks just 15 minutes drive.

The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

Peacock is a well appointed Shepherd Hut hidden in the peaceful & quiet woods of beautiful Ketteringham Hall. A great place to explore the sights of Norfolk! The hut is comfortable and large, with a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a secluded outside area surrounded by trees complete with a picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'back to nature' evenings. At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

A beautiful, relaxing riverside lodge located at Isleham Marina. Set in open countryside with access to rural walks, swimming, cycling and bird watching. The lodge has fishing rights. Isleham village and Mildenhall stadium are a 30 minute walk away. The village has pubs, Co-Op store, restuarant and take away. Next to the marina there is an award-winning farm butchers and farm shop. Please note: there are space saving steps to the upstairs single beds and limited head room. Deep water.
