Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom or choose the upstairs king bedroom. Just minutes from popular East Nashville eateries and sweet boutique shop! 4 Grocery stores, CVS (at end of street) the YMCA is in walking distance. 2 small dogs LIVE HERE: if you don’t like dogs please stay elsewhere. 1-night stays may bring a dog. Rose Cottage charms her guests. This Victorian home was built in the 1890's and lies within the original surveyed five block square area of Historic Downtown Franklin. Rose Cottage is about a two minute walk to The Square and to Franklin's main attractions, venues and restaurants. There is no struggle to find a place to park with its location being closer than much of the available parking. It is quite convenient in the evening to be able to walk home from an evening spent downtown!
