We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, but still be 10-15 minutes from everything in town, close to the base, hospital, and shopping. 20 minutes to Curt Gowdy (hiking, fishing, boating, paddle boards, mountain biking) and Vedauwoo (hiking, views, rock climbing, bouldering, etc). We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

There are large TVs, plenty of space to relax, and great amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Garage beneath is not accessible to guests at this time.
