🌊 Located in the heart of Brighton’s historic Lanes, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and bars. 🌊 Paid parking in the building (advance booking required in on JustPark). 🌊 Modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment over two floors, sleeping up to 7 guests. 🌊 Minutes from the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, and main attractions. 🌊Due to its unbeatable central location, some noise from nearby nightlife and events may be heard, a small trade-off for being right in the centre of the action!

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

Welcome to our lovely Brighton house; a peaceful gem just a pebble’s throw (3 minutes walk) from the city centre or the lanes. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. The location is also perfect for Brighton station which is a 4 minute walk away. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, modern kitchen, and living room. The rear patio is a perfect sun trap in the afternoons and there is a small WC room. The house also benefits from a lockable garage (very narrow so not suitable for bigger cars)

Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Lancing Beach Apartment
