Forest Tiny House | Fire Pit | Olympic Peninsula

Tucked into a lush rain forest, this cozy and private tiny house is a peaceful retreat for slowing down. Wake to birdsong and filtered light through the towering trees, enjoy coffee or wine outdoors on the deck, grill dinner and gather by the fire pit as stars appear through the forest canopy. A simple, thoughtfully designed base for exploring the port towns and the Olympic Peninsula — or doing nothing at all. That's how we planned it. Small pets welcome. Weather-N-Heights Hood Canal Waterfront Retreat

Located just 60 miles north of Olympia on the on the scenic Hood Canal, Weather-N-Heights resort was lovingly built and enjoyed by my parents for many years. Recently updated to it's original splendor, it sits right on the shore with spectacular views looking south down the canal. This property has it all. Whether it is swimming, fishing or watching the local wildlife right from the deck or hiking, waterfalls and exploring everything the Olympic Peninsula has to offer within a short drive.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

As I sit and write this description I remain in Awe as the Elk walk right out in front of this home, Otters at play, the Seals bark and Eagles glide above me. Incredibly magical. Wake up to breathtaking waterfront sunrises, watch eagles soar overhead, and enjoy your morning coffee on a private deck suspended above the sparkling tidelands. This magical retreat on Washington's Emerald Northwest offers endless water views, abundant wildlife, and an unforgettable connection to nature.

Olympic Glamping Getaway

Escape the noise and hustle of the city and trade it out for a relaxing stay at our cozy tent. Here you can barbeque up dinner, relax by the fire, sit on the porch and enjoy your favorite movie on the projector. Then you can fall asleep listening to the sounds of nature with a crackling fire to keep you warm. You may wake up to the sound of a rooster crowing as you steep a fresh cup of coffee before you head out on your adventure exploring all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.

Besides a hot tub and sauna this property has an outside pergola with a fire table, bbq and wood fire pit. Perfect for those who enjoy peaceful days in woods and stargazing at night.

Stargazer Cabin- Gorgeous Dosewallips Valley w/AC

This one room dry cabin (no running water) is a rustic retreat in a beautiful setting on our property. Lots of light. It has electricity, WiFi, table & chairs, double bed, heat, ceiling fan, AC, picnic table, and a fantastic view. No running water, no kitchen, no bathroom. There is a clean portapotty near parking. Quiet hrs 9p-7a. A small porch is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful river valley and some peace and quiet! One leashed dog allowed, no cats.

A-Frame Cabin, Private Hot tub and Hood Canal view

Welcome to your ultimate private PNW retreat. Our cozy 3-bedroom A-frame house awaits, perched amidst the trees with a touch of rustic charm. Sip your morning coffee whilst you listen to birdsong and let the stress melt away. And when evening falls, slip into the hot tub—it's warm embrace overlooking the Hood Canal is pure bliss. Sunrise and sunset paint the sky in hues of gold and indigo, creating a mesmerizing canvas that changes with each passing moment.

Eagle Point Cottage w/private waterfront

Relax at this peaceful beach getaway. Bring your paddle boards and head down the stairs to the water, or just enjoy the beautiful hood canal views from our deck. Under 10 miles north of Hama Hama, where you can pick up fresh local seafood and enjoy great cuisine. Close by to Lena Lake, Murhut Falls, Olympic National Park, Rocky Brook Falls, and many other attractions on the Hood Canal. We have three kayaks available (two single, one double) for guest use.

Experience the best of the Hood Canal’s natural beauty from our peaceful, adorable cabin in the woods. Come with your hiking boots and clamming buckets, leave with memories for a lifetime. Our retreat has a cozy feel with loads of special touches and a spacious deck for roasting marshmallows to your inner child’s delight! Please note, the only two bedrooms are located upstairs (pictured) in a shared loft space.
