The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. Please note that it is accessed by two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. - As street parking is limited to 4 hours, we recommend the underground car park 't Pandreitje, a 5-minute walk away.

It is a duplex apartment with the living area downstairs (dining and sitting area) and the 3 bedrooms (2 queen- size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub).
