A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, and recreational vehicles. Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and bath with laundry. There are (2) Queen beds, (1) Queen Futon, and (2) Twin bunk beds. Includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St Lawrence River and Canada.
