Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Die 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Parterre, ist hell und großzügig (80 qm). Ideal wäre sie für 2 Personen, da nur ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist. Weitere 2 Personen können auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Für Kindern kann gerne ein Reisebett mitgebracht werden. Nebenan gibt es eine 2. Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen, die für größere Familien oder Freunde ggf. parallel gebucht werden kann. Die sehr idyllische Landschaft des Oderbruchs lädt zu Spaziergängen oder Radtouren ein.

Die gemütliche barrierefreie Ferienwohnung in der Märkischen Schweiz befindet sich in Ihlow in einem denkmalgeschützten Feldsteinhaus, ist ca. 52m2 groß, hat eine geräumige Wohnküche mit Kamin, Klavier und großem Schlafsofa, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad. Ideal zum Ausspannen, Erholen, Kraft tanken, Natur genießen oder zum konzentrierten Arbeiten. Die hügelige Umgebung bietet Wander- und Fahrradwege, Badeseen, interessante Kunst- und Kulturstätten. Für 2 Erwachsene plus Aufbettung.

Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
