Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Beautiful loft apartment to suit a couple. Not suitable for children, due to second storey configuration. Attached to a house but completely separate to the main dwelling. A 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to beach cafes and a restaurants. Limousine transfers are available to all local restaurants within 25 kms.
