Von hier aus liegen alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege der Mosel in greifbarer Nähe. Die für die Mittelmosel typische Weinkultur lässt sich durch zahlreiche Angebote und Veranstaltungen in all seinen Facetten erleben. Liebe Gäste Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft auf eurer Reiseetappe oder einen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Motorradtouren oder Radtouren in erholsamer Atmosphäre sucht, dann freue ich mich euch begrüßen zu dürfen. Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, z.B. in Dill der Elfenpfad 5 km oder die Altlayer Schweiz 5 km entfernt

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Das »haus in spay« an der Mosel | mit Sauna

Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem jüngeren Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in 8,5-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
