The property includes a living room with a 55" TV, a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a king-size bed. The cottage is well-suited for individuals or couples, and is ideal for physicians, nurses, medical staff, and other professionals requiring an extended stay in the Hickory-Morganton region. Come escape to beautiful views of the mountains to a relaxing/secluded hideaway in the woods to unwind with nature/star gazing. We are nestled at the bottom of 105/Linville Gorge where you can swim/hike/mountain bike. We are 1 1/2miles to Fonta Flora brewery and 4 miles to Paddys Creek State Park. We have access to Fonta Flora Trail to the brewery Morganton/Marion have lots of great restaurants. We are a 1hr drive to Asheville/Boone. No boats/need 4wd!

The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
