PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Croxley business park is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is a ten minute drive away. London underground metropolitan line is a ten minute walk. Wembley is a 20 minute tube ride. Heathrow airport is a 15 minute drive, Luton airport is a 25 minute drive, Harry Potter world is a 10 minute drive.

Your room is in characterful apartment with many framed movie posters and movie collectibles. Harry Potter fans will be interested to know that many of the production crew of the Fantastic Beasts films have stayed in this room. :-) My place is close to public transport, the city centre, business parks, restaurants, bars, hospital, shops, Morrisons supermarket (right around corner), canals, Underground station, Junction station. * Bookings can only be accepted through the Airbnb app :-)
