Barndominium - 10 minutes from Seneca Lake

Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Greenfield Manor

Enjoy a family vacation, reunion or weekend getaway at this spacious and quiet place! Greenfield Manor is located at the end of a dead end street just outside of town. Can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults but there is plenty of space to set up air mattresses etc. in the basement. There is lots of outdoor yard space, back porch, and a peaceful patio area with a fire ring. Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Come hibernate to a cozy one bedroom, 1 bathroom, bear den situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park. This cabin is fully equipped with WIFI, stocked kitchen (you bring the food), fire ring, & charcoal grill. This cabin sleeps three (full bed & a pull out couch). Get your paws on a cup of coffee/tea as you sit on the front porch and take in nature all around. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from "The Wilds" & the AEP recreation land is nearby for anglers to enjoy.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
