Downstairs- the Liv/Kitchenette space has TV & sofa sleeper. *Note- One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. We are off HWY 59 and 1 mi. from I-20 ( near all local restaurants) Caddo Lake St Park-30 min drive, Historic Jefferson & Enochs Stomp Winery both 20 mi.

Enjoy the beauty & relaxation that Caddo Lake has to offer at the Kingfisher Cabin. Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchenette, desk, loft, and porch. Just three-minute walk from gardens, infrared sauna, soaking tubs, and outdoor showers. A peaceful space to rest, refocus, and refuel. Guest say that our queen-size bed is the most comfortable ever! Conveniently located 1 mile from Interstate 20, 5-10 min town center.

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

Come relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. You can get a hook wet from the deck overlooking the water or enjoy a good book on the porch swing. Create memories over a campfire in the pit on the lower deck. Explore the Caddo on kayak or canoe or book a local tour of the lake. Explore the local attractions in nearby Jefferson, Texas. This is the perfect location to unplug and refresh. There is an optional RV Spot available for an additional amount.

Cedar Treehouse on Cross Lake

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.

The Mallard House includes full kitchen, wi-fi and a queen bed. Water access is 7 minutes away and includes access to our private lake lot with fishing pier, canoes and kayaks.
