Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Dannie’s Place

This is Dannie’s place, brand new detached unit initially constructed for my father Dan, who passed away during the constuction. It features a full kitchen with all new appliances, washer and dryer and a nice open floor plan. The home is about 20 minutes from PDX, it is located in the Columbia River Gorge where you will find beautiful hiking trails, water falls, and endless water activities. We are 5 minutes from the historic town of Camas Washington, where you will find shopping and dining.

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. If nature is what you are needing, explore the miles of hiking and walking trails at Lacamas Lake that start right outside the front door. In your private Camas Cottage, you are a few blocks away from charming downtown Camas - complete with a great brewery (Grains of Wrath), restaurants, & fantastic antique store. The Lacamas Creek Trailhead is two blocks away and we sit in the backyard of the Columbia Gorge, which is stunning to hike year round. Please note, the kitchen is a kitchenette with small fridge, toaster oven & fantastic coffee maker. The Portland airport is 15 minutes away. Close to Camas Meadows Golf Course.

Our guesthouse is located a short walk away from beautiful, historic downtown Camas. There you can find many lovely boutique and antique shops as well as a variety of different restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a lively brewery. Downtown Camas has many activities to indulge in during your stay like the art gallery, downtown events, and the beautiful 1920's theatre. There are many scenic hiking trails to use nearby and it is only a 20 minute drive to and from the PDX airport.

Spa bathroom includes a rain shower, claw foot tub, and heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Dedicated desk and office chair with natural light makes work comfortable. Patio with gas firepit for you to enjoy. Cable, internet, and printer included.

Hidden Gem Cabin

Nothing but peacefulness at our Hidden Gem Acres yet only 10 minutes from stores, breweries, and restaurants. Many outdoor activities in the Gorge area & X-Cross. All neighbors border us by 5 acres. Enjoy the local deer, bunnies & birds. We have an equine facility with 2 of our own horses & boarders. Our friendly Australian Cattle Dog 'Buddy' will on occasion greet you. As this is our home & private sanctuary if you are expecting visitors please ask us for approval.
