Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

Rock Run & Prince Gallitzen state park are a few miles away Close to St Francis, Mount Aloysius, Penn State, UPJ and IUP. Great place for a little getaway. We are NOT able to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies. Thank you for understanding this Guests are required to pay a 5% occupancy tax after booking thru resolution center.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful retreat featuring a private pond and no neighbors. ADA friendly house on 30 acres surrounded by 630 acres of protected state game hunting lands. Main house recently completed full renovation. Landscaping and grounds maintenance still in progress but will not affect your stay. There is a 1 mile hiking trail loop on the property. Leave your worries behind and get lost in nature.
