Big Rapids is a 25 min drive for restaurants, groceries, & breweries. Plenty of amazing day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Caberfae, and Lake Michigan!

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Lake Stevens Cottage

Cozy little cottage off the beaten path offers peace and serenity with a beautiful view of Lake Steven. Unwind and relax in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, attached garage, large yard for activities, a dock, washer and dryer and so much more. Home has many updates including all fresh paint and flooring. There are 2 queen size beds and air mattresses available as well. Cozy up to the fireplace or have an outdoor fire in the pit overlooking the Lake!

The covered deck and hot tub provide direct, protected access to the lakeside dock, equipped with kayaks and a paddle boat. The game room includes amenities such as a 420 game video console, shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, board and card games

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Just South of Heaven is located near Clare, Michigan, the “Gateway to the North”. A great place to enjoy all the activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you full access to 10 acres of property with a large yard and 2 car garage. Hosts Luke and Angie live next door with 2 sons, 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats. Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.
