La villa está situada en una zona privilegiada, muy cerca de la ciudad de Ibiza y con unas bonitas vistas al mar, playa dem bossa y a la isla de Formentera. La casa consta de 4 habitaciones todas con baño en suite , 1 aseo en zonas comunes , amplio salón comedor con televisión por satélite, y mesa para 10-12 personas. Cocina independiente eléctrica totalmente equipada, AACC en todas las zonas y caja fuerte en varias de las habitaciones. Piscina con hamacas bar piscina, barbacoa, chill out .

The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms.
