The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. This beautiful loft space provides a unique getaway in Troy. It’s walking distance to RPI, Russel Sage, EMPAC, The Troy Music Hall, the Troy Farmers Market, and many of Troy’s restaurants. This is a studio apartment with a king size bed, wifi, kitchen with an electric cooktop and stand-alone shower. ***Important Accessibility Note*** While this space comes with beautiful views of nearby churches, it is located on the fourth floor with a very steep three flight walk up.

Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Note that sounds from outside and adjacent apartments may bother light sleepers, so don't book this one if that is a concern for you. Also parties are not allowed because of close neighbors! Thanks!

Saratoga Hidden Horseshoe- A Lucky Gem in the City

Saratoga Springs! This Iconic City hosts America's oldest sporting venue, Saratoga Horse Track. The Saratoga Performing Arts Center, SPAC hosts all genres of music and dance performances throughout the summer. Vibrant downtown was voted one of the best "Broadway Street" in the nation. Making us the "Summer Place to Be". The rest of the year does not disappoint, plenty of events, outdoor wonderment, shopping and amazing restaurants all year round.

The Brown Barn

1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking. Loads of character including shiplap siding on walls and ceiling, and old wooden floors. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pot & pans. Full bath with smaller stand up shower. Queen size bed.

113 Partition- Loft w/ Roof Garden

Sun filled loft with a beautiful private roof garden. A retreat right in the middle of the village. Acessable to everything. Cozy yet sleeps 4 -6 good friends or family comfortably- because there are several different cool areas to hang out & relax. There is a semi private bedroom ( shoji screen walls so not sound or light proof) a pull out Queen size bed in the living room and a full size bed in the sleeping loft.

Waking distance to fantastic local restaurants and attractions, including a Yoga Studio, The Woodstock Public Library, Apothecary, Ice cream parlor, Movie Theater, Bar/music venues, and local hiking preserve! All with in a three block radius!!

Dog Friendly Farm

Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
