Naša novoizgrađena pastirska koliba je samostalna na vlastitoj parceli na kraju našeg stražnjeg vrta s direktnim, privatnim pristupom niz stazu duž našeg imanja. Koliba leži na rubovima Totnesa, na osamljenoj lokaciji s pogledom na sva polja prema Haytoru. Doručak dobrodošlice od hljeba i žitarica je dostupan po dolasku, a na raspolaganju su čaj i kafa. Uvijek smo vam na raspolaganju ako vam zatrebaju savjeti o tome gdje da idete ili vas možemo ostaviti da sami otkrijete i uživate u ovom području.

Nakon velike modernizacije seoska kućica zadržava mnoge historijske karakteristike . Spavaćih 6 u 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom nalazi se veliki kuhinjski restoran , dnevni boravak s plamenikom , kupatilo s kadom i zasebnim tušem i garderoba u prizemlju. Zatvoreni mali vrt sa stražnje strane pruža lijep pogled i priliku da noću gledate u zvijezde. Omogućavamo fleksibilno vrijeme dolaska i odlaska ako nema rezervacija ni sa jedne strane. Jedan pas je dobrodošao uz malu naknadu za rezervaciju.

Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and fresh coffee and sunshine (when available inDevon 🙂). Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a small kitchen area, bathroom and reliable wifi.

A short walk from the village centre, with it's own private entrance and windows overlooking a rural hillside; the Annexe is perfect for a quiet get away.
