You will be enjoying a 1917 Federal Style House that has been completely renovated. Your reservation includes the whole house. Price is 129.00 a night for 2 guests and 45.00 a night for each additional guest. Located within walking distance to sister Airbnbs, "The Choisser Burnett House" and "The Paddock". Great for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

Forested Retreat

This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.

Day of Rest

This place is in a private, residential neighborhood but only a few blocks from businesses, shopping and restaurants. There are two small parks for children to play at, nearby. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a commercial truck/trailer. Bright outdoor LED lighting provides a safe atmosphere. This property is attached to a small venue. The venue has a full kitchen area that can be rented for an additional fee.

The Sunshine Guest House is a bright and welcoming home with an easy to find location right outside of Mcleansboro, (6 miles from Big Red Barn& 9 miles from I64) Wi-fi is available throughout our spacious 4 bedroom and 2 baths. Our house can accommodate up to 9 people. It also includes a large deck for outside entertaining with a charcoal grill, yard games, kids toys and stocked pond.
