There are 3 lovely pubs nearby and a local shop, Truro & Falmouth, Penryn are 15-minute drive and the Foxcotte perfectly located to explore beaches on the north & south coasts. We are less than 5 minutes from our branch line station. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family. Plenty of parking at the property. Small seated patio area at the side of property.

Seascape is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with local guest soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit, meats, cheese and yogurt. Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.

Courtyard Apartment, Albion House, Mylor. Cornwall

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
