Newly updated, fully furnished 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests in the heart of downtown Sebewaing. This historic building has recently been updated to meet the needs of today's guests. Apartment B is approximately 400 square feet and adjacent to Apartment A. Apartment B features 2 entrances, one located off Center Street in the front of the building and a private entrance leading to an enclosed porch area located at the back of the building next to parking.

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other most times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Frankenmuth Country Getaway

Modern home just 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
