The home is located in a quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood that is close to both Short Pump and downtown Richmond. Just 20 minutes away from downtown Richmond and an even closer 10 minutes to Short Pump, both packed with restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers.

River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Chateau Midlothian Retreat Suite

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2022, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.

The Laurel Hill Treehouse

Tucked away in the woods, this Scandinavian-inspired treehouse is a quiet, peaceful spot designed for a relaxed couples getaway. Surrounded by trees and overlooking beautiful woodland views, it’s an easy place to slow down and unwind. Spend your time on the wraparound porch, soak in the hot tub, cool off in the creek, or settle in by the fire at night. This is a serene, comfortable retreat where you can reset, enjoy all that nature has to offer, and simply be present.

Convenient Rustic Cabin near Wineries

I’m located 6 miles from Scottsville, 15 miles from Charlottesville, 25-30 minute drive. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. The lofted ceiling is open and airy while the dining/kitchen area on the lower level is cozy an intimate. The Rosalie has a private entrance, parking area and private deck. New Fast Internet makes this an all around best of both worlds connectivity and rural setting. I welcome like- minded guests to come relax and recharge.

Hawkwood House King Bedroom

Hawkwood House is close to Charlottesville, VA. It is in a 100-acre wood. Two guests share downstairs bedroom. Guests may use upper floor only with prior arrangements. It is a very quiet, peaceful setting. It is located near historic sites from colonial times of the United States and the Civil War and near Charlottesville VA and homes to three early US presidents (Monticello, Ash Lawn and Montpelier).
