Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

TV's are set up for those who have access to Netflix, Roku, etc. No local TV channels are available. Free WI-FI. Beds are comfortable. Within 2 miles of restaurants and shopping area with brand name stores. Near Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, and other eating places. Recently remodeled.

Cozy up in this remodeled studio on a beautiful 17-acre property in West Tucson Foothills. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The home is cozy and private and wonderfully located in the middle of multiple stores, eating establishments, biking, hiking and golfing. We're just south of Oro Valley in a safe community with easy access to just about everything.
