The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

The Naches Estates Guest House is close to sports fields, hiking, fishing, biking, wineries and wine tasting, kayaking, river rafting, a skate park, skiing and White Pass and Rainier recreational. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. "Glamping at its' best"! 16' x 16' TreeHouse, suspended between 3 large fir trees, queen size bed, loft w/2 twin beds, composting toilet, much more, situated on 20 acres with a pond. Gas heater, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot. IMPORTANT: this is a Tree House! Going up the spiral staircase is an adventure in itself, so pack small bags (or packs) (large suitcases are not appropriate). Canyon House sits on the edge of the Deschutes River canyon and has a beautiful and scenic view of 11 mountains and peaks. Your home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath 1450 sf manufactured home. It is attached to ours and Donna and I live on site family. Your privacy is my first rule and quiet is my second. Yet, you may see me watering plants or checking on the Spa. We are open for a 1 night minimum. Checkout time is strict to allow for cleaning and sanitizing on same day check ins.
