The apartment is located in owners backyard, with secured parking in a peacful private setting. Walking distance to shops, pubs, pharmacy, postoffice, takeaways, hair salons, church, Awbeg & Blackwater Fishing, and close to the Blackwater Castle grounds.

Bridge House

This is a fully refurbished house in an award winning riverside location, close to all village amenities. Castletownroche is a picturesque historic village with a castle overlooking the Awbeg river and the internationally renowned Annesgrove Gardens, which have been fully restored and are open to the public. A few miles away is Bridgetown Abbey and Doneraile Park. The Awbeg is a trout fishing river and fishing permits are available. The riverside is extensively wooded and has walking paths.

Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden.
