This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Enjoy a restful stay in the beautiful, Desert Oasis Guest Suite. During your visit enjoy the privacy of the full west wing. Although it is attached to the main house there is a private entry and lots of space. Sit by one of the two fire places in the west wing and take in the majestic views of the mountains or sit out on the patio overlooking the pool and city views. During the warmer months enjoy a dip in the pool, which includes a baja shelf and bench seating.

Great location in the Northwest Foothills that gives a feeling of being in a tranquil retreat. We are situated 15 minutes from downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. In an hours drive you can be at Mount Lemmon for some skiing or cool crisp mountain hiking.

Cold AC, Fast WIFI, No Cleaning Fee!

Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Sending a message about your stay is appreciated.
