Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

Dog Friendly Log Burner Lodge, Richmond, Sleeps 6

A dog-friendly lodge on the East lake at Brompton Lakes, with floor-to-ceiling windows over the water. A log burning stove warms the open-plan living area, which opens onto a fully enclosed decking with a BBQ. Three bedrooms sleep six, each convertible to twins, two sharing a bathroom. Up to two dogs are welcome, with tennis, boules and bike hire on site.
