19 century house-Parna’s tadiontal home

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden, and dine in our restaurant while it serves home-cooked Megrelian food.Toilet and bathroom is in the first floor of house.

The apartment offers grandiose open space with a private workspace, a separate kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a lovely shared balcony space. Both floors offer lounge spaces.

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. All furniture found in the apartment is custom-made and provides full comfort for guests. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished, so the place is quiet again.

First of all I want to introduce myself, I am Keti - an artist and I offer you to spend amazing Georgian days in my apartment that I have made all by myself and with all my heart. I am a set and an interior designer and since I didn’t want to make a standard renovation, it doesn’t look like a hotel accommodation. In this place I tried to make an enchanting synthesis of a set and an interior.
