If you're looking for a rustic farm retreat, you've found the right place. We're renting out our private apartment suite located on the main floor of our home. The property is located in a beautiful little town called Cawston which is known for its abundance of fruit trees and wineries that are nestled in a valley between rolling mountains. The Similkameen river runs through the town and is only a three to five minute walk from the property. Come on down, we'd love to have you stay with us.

Our charming rural cottage is tucked into the mountainside, surrounded by the natural beauty of sage and mountain flowers, with spectacular views in all directions. The Pincushion Mountain hiking trail leading to Keremeos Columns Provincial Park is literally out the front door. Minutes away from the fruit stands, wineries, and cideries of the Similkameen Valley wine region, the cottage is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking up your own tasty dishes from fresh local organic ingredients.

Brand-new 2-bedroom suite on a peaceful riverfront orchard with beautiful mountain views. Enjoy nearby walking trails, great river swimming spots, and easy access to local lakes, wineries, fruit stands, and more. You’re also just a short drive from both Apex and Mount Baldy ski hills. The suite includes a heat pump and AC for year-round comfort. It’s still new and kept simple - minimal décor, but fully equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Our little caboose seems to have escaped the Kettle Valley Rail Line; offering a slice of peaceful, mountain retreat. The passengers whistle with pleasure as they rest in the queen size luxury bed. Tucked away amongst the rocks, pines and burbling creek; the cute woodstove brings it together as a cozy place for dreaming. In the past two years the railroad tycoons staying here have always rated us 5 stars on cleanliness. Includes business ready wifi speeds of 350 mbps.
