With 47 acres to enjoy including hiking trails, scenic grounds to snap a picture, your own hot tub and fire pit. We are also just a short drive to some great attractions such as: Cummins Falls State Park, Standing Stone State Park, and numerous marinas surrounding the beautiful No. 1 Houseboat Lake on the Continent, Dale Hollow.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The top Floor of our home on the Obey river overlooking Celina. Just a few miles from the Cumberland River and Dale Hollow Dam and Lake. Grocery store and places to eat within a mile. Secluded location, super cozy and peaceful. This is our second home that we are sharing with others, we are updating and renovating little by little as we can. We asked that you please treat this place well because we do live here part time. All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. We are between the towns of Celina and Livingston, with Cookeville and the bigger town amenities 40 minutes away. Cummins Falls, Cordell Hull State Park and other natural wonders are nearby. But you may decide to just put your feet up in a comfy chair and listen to the birds sing!

Convenient to all the shops and restaurants in town, its in the perfect spot! It's also just minutes away from Dale Hollow Lake and the Obey and Cumberland Rivers and all that those have to offer. Whether in town for antique shopping, going fishing, or anything else you can think of, this is fine spot to kick your feet up!

This is a remote, secluded location that allows you to relax, but if you do want to get out and enjoy some attractions, below are some approximate driving times. These towns offer the closest shopping so you may want to come prepared with your needs. Livingston- 25 minutes Celina- 25 minutes Gainesboro- 30 minutes Cookeville- 45 minutes

The nearest marina is Holly Creek, just minutes away, with multiple other options in the area. Close to horse trails and downtown Celina is a 10-15 minute drive with grocery stores, antique shops, and local restaurants. Plenty of room to park a boat. There is an outdoor outlet to charge a boat.
