Views over Totternhoe Knolls, walkable to the Downs and Gliding club. Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, Luton Airport and stations to London are a short drive away.

Convenient for both Luton and Heathrow airports 23 and 36 mins depending on traffic.
