The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Enjoy this wonderful Off-Grid rustic Cabin nestled on the shores of Arrow Lakes. Relax on your private deck and use our canoe or kayaks. Swim in the clear waters of Arrow Lake just a few minutes walk from your doorstep! Your pets are welcome with an added fee and following guidelines.

We are busy so often don’t see guests but nearby if you need :) Just 7 minute drive to Invermere!
