The main bedroom has a king bed & another single bed. There is no kitchen or cooking facilities, but a microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster is provided. The property is located a short 8 minute drive to Frankton and Queenstown Central's shopping area. From there it is a further 10-12 minute drive to Queenstown's town centre.

This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

This quaint studio, is located a short drive from the centre of Wanaka - approximately 5kms. Avoid the busyness of town, and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is private, offering beautiful views of the mountains, local farms and gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as you soak in the sun, or a book as you snuggle in the armchair indoors. If you're active, the local ski fields and Lake Wanaka have plenty to offer you. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.

Located on the lakefront with stunning lake and mountain views, just a short 700 meter stroll to downtown Wanaka's shops, restaurants, and bars. During the ski season months of July ,August and September, a drying room for ski gear will be available on request, when booking.

Small kitchenette with microwave and access to BBQ outside and everything else you need for a comfortable stay surrounded by the mountains. Note: there is no stovetop in the unit.
