Large bedroom upstairs with a super king bed and a small en-suite. Downstairs is the living room with a kitchenette. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close.
