This 200 m² apartment is located in a historic building dating back to 1925 and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three of which are en suite). Completely renovated in early 2017, it has been lovingly decorated to make your stay cozy and is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning throughout the apartment, TV in every room, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking, and is fully furnished and equipped for temporary residential use. Facing south, it is incredibly bright. It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote. The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension.
