Relaxează-te cu întreaga familie în această locuință liniștită! Casa de oaspeți Minerva este situată în Deva, la poalele Cetății, într-un cartier rezidențial. Este configurată sub forma unui apartament pe 2 nivele, format dintr-un living cu bucătărie și baie la parter iar la etaj se află dormitorul, baia și terasa. Capacitatea de cazare este de 6 persoane, existând o canapea extensibilă, un pat dublu și 2 paturi pliante suplimentare. Va asteptam cu drag!

Apartamentul a fost amanajat la nivel de lux fiind dotat cu utilitati de ultima generatie, masina de spalat haine, masina de spalat vase, frigider, cuptor cu microunde, plita vitroceramica, cuptor electric, walk-in shower, king size bed si living area dotata cu canapea si smart TV. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a four-storey, is composed of 2 rooms, equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, and a bathroom with a bathtub, with a hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board. Free coffee and tea facilities are provided!

Wooden House

The cottage is designed to calm the mind and delight the soul, it has a generous yard that offers privacy. It is perfect for an escape from the city, as it offers an authentic experience of connecting with nature. At the property there is a female Labrador named Theea, very nice and calm, and a black boy cat named Bagheera. In the same large yard of 1500m2 there are two other houses, completely separate, I live in one of them.

It is a cosy apartment*** located close to the Center, 2 km away from Citadela Deva and 0.5 km away from the Central Train Station. It has 40 sq meters surface at the ground floor of an apartment building. It contains a small kitchen, hall, bathroom, two bedroom (with double bed). The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking utensils, stove, gas oven, fridge and . The bathroom is with shower and cosmetics are offered for free.
