The new house, built and completed in mid-2024, is located on Queen St. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by going on foot, and 5 minutes walking to the bus stop to go everywhere. The Private Main Floor of the House has two rooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a living/dining room, and some necessary kitchen appliances (no kitchen and sink). It is near numerous services, including restaurants, etc - Your Happy Place. Note: From Jun 15, 2025 to Aug 31, 2025, the check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish. There is one dog that lives on the property.
